L'evento

The jacket

is the story of a journey. A journey in search of peace and liberation, a journey into the depths of a being who has a great desire and at the same time is afraid to reveal himself. This character finds as the only way out a circle, the wheel, which takes him out of his own head, from his own cage built only by his thoughts. The circle will make him enter the dynamic of just "letting himself fall"; a game of loss and recovery of balance. It is the story of the tribulations experienced by a character hidden and lost behind his mask, his carapace, his jacket which becomes a metaphor for an intentionally chosen prison. It is the story of a prayer, of a request for liberation and peace, of the struggle of a being against himself.

Oscar Quevedo

Born in Bogota (Colombia) in the late eighties. He graduated in psychology at the ''Universidad Nacional de Colombia'' and subsequently approached the circus art by traveling around Latin America with his street shows. His passion leads him to develop his skills in a professional way so he begins training in the 'Circo ciudad' foundation in his hometown to continue in Argentina, Brazil and conclude his training in Italy in the FLIC Circus School.
