In the investigation around the topos of exile, this creation tells, beyond its geographical meaning, the moral condition that concerns anyone who may feel alien to the world in which they live, placing them in a state of suspension between past and future, hope and nostalgia. The desire that this condition brings is not so much the desire for an immobile eternity as for ever new genesis and for a place that remains, a place where it comes alive with a rebirth that is living matter, and helps to resist, to to last, to change. The paintings that make up the narration, liquid in its site-specific form, built and designed for open-air spaces, become the map of a journey into the (inner) places of the characters.

BODY AND LANDSCAPE: a genesis of the work.

The genesis of the project is due to an intense path of artistic residence set in rural and unconventional contexts, outside the places dedicated to art and meeting the person. The creation that follows this path makes the relationship with the landscape and the crossing of real places of life an essential element of its dramaturgy: the experience of artistic language as a tool carrying a story is a journey that wishes to cross geographies and different cultures to make it the main tool for building its meaning
